If the user has not signed in to Merchant Portal for 90 days, we will lock the account for security considerations. The expired account can still be opened by your company’s Merchant Portal administrator:

  1. Go to the sign-in page of the Merchant Portal
  2. Click Merchant Users
  3. Select the user whose account is expired
  4. Click Edit
  5. Uncheck Expired
  6. Click Save
