Update Company and Contact Information in the Merchant Portal

How to update your company details and the contact email address displayed on your payment page

Update Company Details

  1. Log in to the Merchant Portal

  2. In the left-hand menu, click Company details

  3. Click Edit

  4. Make your changes

  5. Click Save

Double-check the information before saving.


Change the Contact Email Shown on the Payment Page

  1. Log in to the Merchant Portal

  2. In the left-hand menu, click E-shop settings

  3. Click on your E-shop

  4. Find the field Payment page e-mail and update it with the correct address

  5. Click Save

This is the email address your customers will see on the payment page, so make sure it's monitored regularly.
